Seasons change, but nature’s heartbeat stays the same 

A pulsation of growth 

A bursting forth of light 

The stars setting glimmer to the night 

Even at dusk, the sun bathes the water in a shimmer 

Drawing my eye

Slowing down time 

In a world that is racing towards the finish line

Reminding me that if I seek, I will find 

That where I am is where I need to be 

That I am not lost at sea

That miracles are still taking place in and around me 

That I can close my eyes, and be at peace
